Drilling Supervisor Night‏

The Peregrino Development is located in 100 - 120 mtrs of water, 55
miles offshore from Cabo Frio in Block BM-C-7 of the Campos Basin,
Brazil. This field will be developed using two wellhead platforms with
drilling capabilities and will be producing via a subsea flowline to a
+/-2MMBO FPSO.

Drilling and completions will be conducted from two project owned,
3000 hp modular platform rigs. The project is planned for 30 gravel
packed, horizontal production wells with Electrical Submersible Pumps
(ESPs) and additional 7 water injection wells.

Peak production rates are estimated to be 100,000BOPD (14-API) and
300,000BWPD. StatoilHydro is looking for:

Desired profile:

• University or higher technical education;

• Between 5 and 8 years of relevant experience;

• Fluent English.


Main responsibilities:

• Knowledge of the Drilling facility according to International
oilfield standards and manual drilling operations;

• Acts as Assistant Drilling Supervisor assisting the Senior Drilling
Supervisor in daily planning, coordination, implementation and quality
reporting of the operations onboard the drilling facility;

• Dedication on the HSE and Quality, and aim for continuous
improvements in safety, efficiency and quality;

• To be a precise, positive and decisive team leader, and with the
ability to motivate, cooperate with and communicate with internal and
external personnel.

• To be focused on critical details and with good understanding of
risk management, involvement of personnel and QC of equipment and
procedures;

• The ability to get things done in a challenging environment.
